educational materials (to be used for children ages 9- to 11-years
old), fill out and submit the online form below!
In order to
determine how many children were reached, using the Campaign materials,
we are asking that you please provide the following information
to the Regional coordinator as soon as it is feasible for you:
1. Name of the
School/Organization/ Event, where the materials were used.
2. Name of the Teacher/Activity Leader that provided the activities
to the children.
3. Number of 9- to 11- year-old children that were reached. |
